I absolutely enjoyed this book. No negative church drama but definitely a feel good romantic Christian read. Don't get me wrong there is drama in the church, but I love this author because it is not her brand to highlight. Dominique and Paige are besties, both single and saved. Neither one is looking for a fly by night relationship they are playing for keeps in love, work and they are clinging to God. These sister know a thing or two about Deuteronomy 5:8. (clinging to the Lord).Between their sisterhood, fellowship and professional lives or lack their of both these sisters are a good catch beautiful and smart, so why no ring on it?

What can I say other than Pat Simmons has done it again!!! Just when I thought that it couldn't get any better....Love By Delivery has changed my mind. This sweet romance is the perfect remedy for the rainy day blues or a Saturday when you just want to lounge around the house. I kept saying when I finish this chapter I'll go do some work but I just couldn't put it down!
I truly loved this book, but I must admit that the main character, Dominique, got on my last nerve in the beginning. It goes to show you that you have to walk in someone's shoes to stop being so judgmental. Its a beautiful love story of trust, first in God and then each other. Very well written.
This book makes you believe in love at first sight. Beautifully written story about two saved friends Dominique abd Paige longing to get married to a saved man. They attend their weekly singles church meeting with no one in sight. As God intended love blooms via a special delivery delivered by a Godly man, Ashton for Dominique. It deals with trusting and believing God. Paige has to deal with feelings of jealousy, loneliness yet joy for her best friend. All things work together for those who love the Lord. I love this story.
Enjoyed reading and refreshing that it was a Christian theme romance . Ashton & Dominique were believable characters in their Christian walk and faith that they could make this work. Appreciated that Ashton nor Dominique played games, about what they each wanted and how they felt about each ither. I did not like how it ended, which is why I gave only a three star rating. The reader was left hanging. What became of these two?
I hope that there will be some kind of follow up with these characters and that Paige gets her story.
OMG! This was such a cute, fun-loving romance. This story will surely encourage those who are single and ready-to-mingle. The characters, Dominque and Ashton are successful and strong in their faith. Each have the same desires but as always road bumps, twists and turns interfere. Download this book to see the wonderful way that author Pat Simmons delivers yet another amazing Christian romance! Five stars!!!!!
Mrs.Simmons, I am just beyond amazed if she's didn't tell my story I was Dominique and sure there's many more singles can testify that they too are or, was, Dominique I am going to recommend this book to the singles president of my church if she doesn't buy this book I am personally going to buy 50 copies for the single dept. That's just how good this book is and will bless them I do hope Paige get her book, Love Deliver again.... That's your next title...Lol I was saved at 26 yrs old single, with a child, and married at 48 yrs old ( first marriage) but God, He kept me purified until I got married. This is a must read to let you know delayed doesn't mean denied, whole on God is faithful. Theresa Cartwright Lands
I don't even know where to begin this book was phenomenal. Dominique & Ashton are an ideal Christian couple( I've never blushed, squealed and laughed so much while reading a book lol). So relatable in so many ways. We as women have so many preconceived notions of this fairytale fantasy relationship that are completely unrealistic. To expect a man to be our everything( when only Christ can meet that need) is setting ourselves up for major disappointment. All i could say was Ouch &Amen!!! So many great elements to this book from practical to spiritual advice. Thanks for blessing our spirits and warming of hearts. I too am holding onto hope for a godly husband and both Dominique & Ashton were such lovely examples of trusting God in their obedience to wait & not settle for just anyone.
Please make a sequel to this beautiful story, we'd like to know how the wedding transpired and if Paige met her Boaz.
