I really, really love it! It’s a highly practical eBook! I especially liked the weekly routines. Loved week 4! The only challenge I had was respecting the time frames. I can’t quite take a shower in just 10 minutes in the morning. And I don’t like to eat breakfast on the run. 5 minutes weren’t enough for me to mindfully eat my breakfast.

I’m really grateful this eBook helped me get some much needed rest! I felt exhausted! I was sleeping 8 hours a night, sometimes more but I still woke up tired. Now I understand why, I watch what I eat and drink before going to bed and I make sure to maintain the optimal temperature in my bedroom. I had no idea so many factors could influence how much and how well you sleep!

I never thought I would want to wake up at 5AM… for fun. I always believed the best time to relax was late at night. Now I’m slowly but surely making the shift between going to bed late versus waking up early because I need some “me” time. The greatest thing about waking up so early is that everyone else in my house is asleep! I can do whatever I want as long as I keep it down. :)
